The Guinness Blog - select access

The Guinness Company in Great Britain have a blog that requests information and then either denies or gives access to bloggers. Steve Rubel (MicroPersuasion) pointed out in an email that this may be a protection against marketing alcohol to minors, however - I was denied access based on the country I am in, not on my birth date.
